I am currently working on the Frost Giants of Habololy...can't imagine why...and am in need of some cool feats. Any ideas?

Controlled Slide

Being raised and reared in a frozen climate, you have learned to use snowy and icy slopes to your advantage in battle and can control your momentum and direction

Prerequisites:
  • Cold Subtype or Frost Giant
  • Combat Reflexes

Benefit: With this feat you can control both your momentum and direction on snowy/icy slopes. You can move up to 3x your normal speed in a single round when traveling straight down a slope. Also, if you move no further than one quarter your normal movement to the left or right while moving down a slope, you can move through foes as if they were allies provoking no attacks of opportunity. Doing so only allows you to move 1.5x your normal movement in a round, at the end of which you must be facing a foe.

(At the DM's discretion, this feat may be applied to other slippery/slick slopes)

I like the theory. I may tweak it a little.

Here are two for review:

Living Large (Anti)

You are so accustomed to living in places suited for larger creatures that you forget how to deal with smaller ones.

Prerequisites: Large size or bigger

Penalty: Whenever you are in combat with a creature of medium size or smaller, you suffer a -1 penalty to hit. Your armor class takes a -2 penalty when attacked by creatures of medium size or smaller.

Supersize Spell (Metamagic)

You have adapted your spells so that they are effect larger sized creature with the normal effectiveness they would affect smaller ones.

Prerequisites: Spellcaster level 5th; Widen Spell

Benefit: Whenever you cast a spell that has limitations based on size; increase the categories of size in the spell by one. This is only done is the result benefits the caster. For Example; if a spell says that the caster can transport four medium sized creatures, or two large sized creatures, or one huge sized creature, then a spellcaster with this feat could instead transport four medium or large sized creatures, or two huge sized creatures. The feat cannot allow a spell to affect a creature of a size that it normally cannot affect.

After review, I can only find two categories of spells that the Supersize Spell feat would apply to: transportation and magical shelter spells.

Does anyone know any other types of spells that it would apply to?

Does this warrant a feat?

This one is kind of an anti-"Freakish Size", so why don't you just say a creature with this anti-feat takes penalties as if he were a one size category larger (-1 penalty to AC and attack) when fighting a medium or smaller opponent, but gets none of the benefits (increased damage, bonus to grapples, extended reach, etc.)? Think that would reduce the penalty to AC to -1 and make it consistent with step-change size rules.

I think it's a great idea. Very specialized, but every giant wizard would take it just to be able to teleport all of his companions at once. Might want to make a "Large sized or larger" requirement. Should probably add a +1 spell level adjustment, or whatever "widen" is.

Stubby Arms (Anti)
Your arms are shortly than is typical for your race. They are so short that they reduce your ability to attack at a a distance.

Prerequisites: Large size or bigger; reach of 10 feet or more

Penalty: Your reach is reduced by 5 feet.
